We are seeking an experienced Theatre Services Manager to lead our perioperative services, providing strategic and operational leadership across our operating theatres while driving exceptional clinical outcomes, workforce performance and business growth. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to influence both clinical and commercial outcomes within a dynamic private hospital environment. Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure our surgical services continue to deliver exceptional patient experiences while achieving strong operational performance.
