Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this position is to assess, plan, coordinate and implement Therapeutic Recreation programs at the intermedial level for psychiatric inpatients, function as a member of the treatment team, maintain patient records.
This position will support the mission of the organization through active participation in clinical efforts to provide treatment in a recovery-oriented environment. The foundation of a recovery-oriented environment is respect and a commitment to safety in the least restrictive manner possible.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapeutic recreation or recreation with a major in therapeutic recreation from an accredited college or university. Experience: None. Notes:
