The post holder will provide direct line management for team and clinical leads and will take part in improvement and transformation of services as the organisations transformation plans. You will be responsible for financial oversight as well as monitoring performance and quality of services. The post holder will have strong communication skills and will provide a point of contact for the MDT and wider organisation in relation to IP Therapy provision. Person specification
