This position is for a skilled nursing facility with both short-term and long-term patients. Vista Ridge Senior Care in Lakewaty has an in-house therapy team with smaller daily case loads, all new equipment, and an emphasis on optimizing time with patients.

The Outpatient Therapy Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of outpatient therapy services within the facility. This person should be a licensed OT, PT, or ST. PTA and COTA applicants may be considered based on experience.
