We are seeking a passionate and resourceful TherapySupportAssociate to join ourRehabilitation team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting therapists with clinical treatments, equipment upkeep, and departmental operations, while ensuring high standards of care and service delivery. You will take ownership of assisting clients in their rehabilitation journey and contributing to the smooth running of the therapy department.

• Support therapists in implementing prescribed exercise programmes, group therapy, and monitoring patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients and therapists to provide professional care and feedback.
• Ensure service coverage in assigned wards or outpatient units and assist multiple patients when required.
