Job Summary



Working lead responsible for a patient caseload while also overseeing a team of physical and/or occupational therapists. Role is accountable to identify and establish best practices in physical therapy and ensure clinical outcome meet or exceed expectations. Role will also be involved in staffing hiring, performance management, and learning & development.



Duties and Responsibilities




+ Manage team of direct reports on Sheridan Drive

+ Work with HR and leadership to interview, select, train, evaluate, and provide performance feedback.

+ Collaborate with other leads to develop training opportunities; deliver training.

+ Review direct report activities to ensure positive functional patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and key performance operational indicators.

+ Supervise the development of patient care plans, treatments, and the recording of patient progress.
