Overview

The Group Third Party and Operational Risk Reporting Specialist is responsible for enabling effective Group-wide oversight of third‑party risk, operational risk and related governance processes. The role supports the consistent implementation and ongoing maturity of the Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Operational Risk frameworks across the Group, ensuring alignment to regulatory expectations and sound governance standards applicable to South African financial institutions.

• Strengthen Group oversight of third‑party risk, outsourcing and material insourcing arrangements to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance the effectiveness and consistency of non‑financial risk governance, reporting and policy management across the Group.
