Job Description

Performs certified quality welds with ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Assists senior welders with designs and fabrication of 2- and 3- dimensional target systems. Operates Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs and transfers drawings to Computer Controlled Cutting (CC) machines. Fabricates unique targets and replacement parts from shop drawings, blue prints, plans, sketches, and verbal instructions and performs layout, setup, cutting, fabrication, and welding. Performs cuts using horizontal band saws, chop saws, track torches, plasma, and free hand cutting.
