We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our award-winning Thyme Restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, inspiring high-performing teams and driving commercial success.

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding service standards, operational excellence, and financial performance. Working closely with the Head of Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey, developing your team, and supporting the continued success of our Food & Beverage offering.
