POSITION SUMMARY

Ticket Centre Representatives play an integral role as the first point of contact with our fans at the Ticket Centre, whether that be in person, over the phone or on email. They perform sales and service functions at the Ticket Centre and assist our fans with ticketing inquiries. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes:
Performing sales and service functions at Ticket Centre and ticket windows to external and internal clients, offering an exceptional and individualized customer experienceReceiving and distributing tickets under ‘will call’, premium tickets, and special programs (e.g., Family Packs, Holiday Packs, etc.)Answering general ticketing and building inquiries at window, over telephone, and emailSolving ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings (e.g., NHL, promoters, staff, AG, etc.) in a timely manner
