Ticketing Agent

Cebu City | Onsite



Responsibilities:

Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations

Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions

Record all interactions and maintain updated documentation

Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed

Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals



Schedule & Training:

Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on travel systems and company procedures



Requirements:

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate

Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
