Responsibilities:

Supervise team of ticketing agents Follow-up with airlines, vendors, supplier on open case Maintain high quality of service and timely execution Maintain good reporting Requirements: Male / Female Max 40 years Minimum 5 years working experience in the same field Background tourism high school or academy IATA certified Operating for Abacus (preferred) and Galileo or Amadeus reservation system Familiar with IATA BSP report Have a good Management skill and customer service oriented Have a good relationship with airline operator Good command in English
