About the role

The Tier 3 Escalations Engineer serves as the highest level of technical support within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is responsible for resolving complex, high-impact technical issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, ensuring minimal downtime for clients and maintaining service quality across all supported environments.

This position requires deep technical expertise across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security systems, along with strong troubleshooting and incident leadership skills.
