Job Description

Responsible for providing specialized Level 2 Operations Support for Power infrastructure. This includes incident management support, network restoration, and proactive maintenance to ensure the reliable operation of Power systems, ultimately contributing to superior customer experience and uninterrupted telecommunications services.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when working with power systems.
• Diagnose and restore AC and DC power systems. This covers both routine issues and emergency response to outages.
