**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to perform welding duties, primarily working with 12 to 22 gauge stainless steel sheet metal. The role requires precision in fusion TIG welding without the use of a welding rod, and the ability to read and understand blueprints. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with materials such as stainless steel and aluminum, and will be responsible for inspecting finished welds for quality, grinding down or polishing welds, and using equipment to move larger metal pieces.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum materials.
+ Work with 12 to 22 gauge stainless steel sheet metal.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Use equipment to move larger metal pieces.
+ Inspect finished welds for quality and make necessary adjustments.
+ Grind down or polish welds to ensure smooth finishes.
