TIG Welder

£13.20ph to £17.00ph (Apply online only) Mon to Fri - Permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with any Legislative or company requirements for Health, Safety and Environment.
• Use TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts and assemblies as required, meeting defined production schedules, using the information contained within the works orders and SOPs.
• Have experience of welding titanium in an inert atmosphere (purge chamber, glove box or cabinet).
• Maintain the equipment in a satisfactory condition.
• Manufacture quality parts & assemblies from jigs & fixtures in accordance to company SOPs.
• Work on any new projects as and when required.
• Support the Quality department with respect to jig & fixture evaluation.
• Ensure parts are prepared to a satisfactory condition for fit and cleanliness.
