Haukiputaan kotihoidon yksikön tiimivastaavaa hakemaan Mehiläinen kotipalveluihin. Tiimivastaavana organisoit kotihoidon tiimin päivittäistä toimintaa ja toimitaan hoitotyön ammatillisena asiantuntijana. Tehtäviin kuuluu sekä asiakas‑käsittelyä kotona että hallinnollisia tehtäviä toimistolla. Työvuorot ovat kaksivuorotyötä, ja työvuoroihin vaikuttaa joustavasti.

Responsibilities

• Organise the daily operations of the home‑care team and serve as the professional nursing expert.
• Conduct home visits and provide nursing care at the client’s residence.
• Perform administrative tasks in the office.
• Work closely with the unit manager as part of team leadership.
• Plan daily patient‑visit schedules and guide team activities.
• Coordinate with clients, relatives, and commissioners.
• Maintain a flexible two‑shift schedule when required.
