Requirements

• 2+ years running paid TikTok ad campaigns
• Direct, verifiable experience with skincare/beauty brands
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, and creative testing
• Portfolio/case studies from skincare clients (required to apply)

Scope

• Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns
• Creative strategy and UGC-style ad direction
• Scale winning ads while managing CPA/ROAS targets
• Weekly performance reporting
