TikTok Content Specialist (Contract) — Toronto, Hybrid
I'm hiring on behalf of the in‑house creative studio of one of Canada's largest consumer financial brands — an award‑winning internal agency that operates with the craft of a shop but the reach of a national brand. They're building out an always‑on organic TikTok presence and need a creator‑operator to own it end to end.
This is a behind‑the‑lens role. You're not the face — you're the one who concepts, scripts, films, edits, and ships content that feels native to the feed and never looks like a brand made it. You'll run a monthly production cycle (ideation, batch filming, delivery) and work with internal employees and subject‑matter experts as on‑camera talent, directing the performance to get a natural, scroll‑stopping read.
