In this role, you will lead the Shopping Center business for TikTok Shop in Spain, building channel operations and growth strategies from the ground up. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience, optimize assortment and subsidy plans, and drive sustainable growth in the local market. The role focuses on product incubation, user and campaign operations, and translating data insights into actionable improvements. You will influence how Spanish consumers engage with the Shopping Center and help shape a scalable, secure commerce experience.
