Job Description

The TikTok Shop Integrated Growth Leader is accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, and talkability of P&G Beauty brands on TikTok Shop. This role delivers end‑to‑end growth by integrating brand strategy, content, assortment, creator/affiliate performance, consumer insights, fulfillment, and digital/data capabilities into a cohesive operating model. Success is defined by building a scalable, profitable, and talk‑able TikTok Shop growth engine that delivers sustained impact for our brands.


In this role, you will:
+ Lead a multi-disciplinary team (including Communications, IT, Media, Design, Finance, Product Supply) to develop strategies to grow sales on and off the TikTok Shop platform.
+ Manage all communication with Brand leaders in the category, aligning the assortment based on brand strategies and collaborating to improve brand performance on the TikTok Shop platform.
