Job Description

As a TikTok Shop Operation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall growth and operational excellence of the TikTok Shop by managing store performance, leading the operations team, and executing commercial strategies to maximize GMV and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies to maximize GMV, NMV, and overall business profitability (P&L).
• Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including:
• TAP planning and execution
• Affiliate management
• Product assortment and stock management
• Store ranking optimization
• Peak campaign planning (Payday, Double Date, Mega Campaigns)
• Lead and manage the TikTok Shop Operations team, overseeing:
• Product variant management
• Product listing and cart SEO optimization
• Pricing strategy
• GMV Max optimization
