HOURS: 37.50 hours per week - Monday to Friday
THE ROLE:
Main duties & responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace wall and floor tiles in residential properties.Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles and ensuring substrates are suitable for tiling.Measure, cut, and fit tiles accurately to specifications.Carry out reactive maintenance and refurbishment tiling works.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.Communicate professionally with tenants, colleag...
