Position Overview

The Time Management Manager is responsible for governing and delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient time tracking and attendance management. This role ensures reliable time data for payroll processing, compliance with labor regulations, and a consistent employee and manager experience across the organization.

•Own end-to-end time & attendance operations, including time capture, approvals, corrections, and cut-off controls

• Ensure accurate and compliant time data aligned with labor laws, policies, and payroll requirements

• Act as system owner for time & attendance modules, including configuration, testing, and enhancements

• Partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations to manage dependencies and resolve escalations

• Manage time-related vendors or platforms, including SLAs and issue resolution

• Drive process standardization, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement
