Key duties and responsibilities of the Time Keeper include but are not limited to:
- Perform comprehensive time and attendance recording for the workforce on-site
- Execute accurate data entry tasks related to project timelines and employee hours
- Ensure all workforce records for the project are complete and up to date
- Utilize ERP systems for the input and management of workforce data
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSS certificate or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience working as a Time Keeper
- Prior experience specifically within the construction industry
- Must have good knowledge of ERP data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording attendance
