Job Purpose The Time Management Officer is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining accurate employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labour laws while supporting payroll accuracy and operational efficiency. The incumbent will also support continuous improvement of attendance systems and processes, including biometric, ERP, and digital time management platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesTime & Attendance Management
Monitor daily attendance, shift timings, late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism.
Maintain and update biometric, manual, or ERP-based attendance systems.
Verify attendance records prior to payroll processing.
