Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Accurately track employee attendance and hours worked daily to ensure proper payroll processing.
  • Utilize timekeeping software to log and manage employee time entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with department managers to resolve discrepancies in time records and assist with scheduling needs.
  • Generate timely reports on employee attendance trends, overtime, and leave balances for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum five years of experience in timekeeping or payroll administration within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping software such as ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
