Description

Performs fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of metal works, and other structures within the facility.

Specific Duties

• Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
• Support for construction and renovation projects.
• Fabricate, install and repair sheet metal components such as roofing panels, flashing, gutters, ai ducts and drainpipes.
• Measure, cut, bend and shape metal sheets using hand and power tools.
• Repair and seal leaks in roofing and gutter systems.
• Conduct welding, riveting or soldering on metal joints and seams.
• Inspect metal surfaces and structures for rust, corrosion, or structural damage, and perform appropriate corrective actions.
• Not only having tinsmith skills, but can also perform plumbing or carpentry works.
