The Deputy Title IX Coordinator is responsible for conducting investigations pertaining to reports under the umbrella of civil rights compliance (e.g., Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, Power-Based Violence, VAWA, and Clery), including record keeping, training, and outreach to the University community, intake, and implementing
Collaborate and consult with the Title IX Coordinator regularly to monitor and manage Title IX incidents to ensure an efficient and effective response to reports and complaints.
Serve as the Title IX Investigator for all cases alleging violation of the Sexual Harassment and other Prohibited Conduct Policy, Power-Based Violence Policy, and Non-Discrimination Policy;
