Supplier Quality Engineer / Penang, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and ad-hoc supplier audits and manage the follow-up and verification of audit measures
• Support and drive improvement programs in case of supplier escalation issues
• Participate in regular supplier quality meetings and business review meetings
• Act as an active member of the congatec internal audit team
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, etc.) and suppliers to ensure robust and stable manufacturing and quality processes
• Support congatec projects in implementing customer project requirements (APQP, PPAP) and preparing test coverage reports
• Review and approve electronic manufacturer control plans, process flows and Process FMEAs together with internal stakeholders
