Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning Leadership
- Lead the strategic development of teaching and learning across the Primary phase, with a strong focus on pedagogy, student progress, and academic excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in classroom practice to ensure high-quality learning experiences for all students.
- Promote innovative, research-informed, and evidence-based teaching approaches.
- Foster student agency, engagement, and inclusive classroom practices that support diverse learning needs.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen literacy, reading culture, and oracy across the Primary phase.
