TLD Systems Engineer
This full‑time staff position is responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating IT solutions. The role supports IT projects, provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support remotely and on‑site at client locations, and requires excellent communication, ongoing skill development, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Maintain company ticketing and project update tools in a timely manner.
- Record time and notes for work completed on each project or service ticket.
- Design IT system solutions and specifications to deploy, integrate, and test systems to meet business needs.
- Apply technical and business knowledge to plan, schedule, and execute integrated solutions.
- Produce and provide documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), project proposals, and infrastructure assessments.
- Provide estimates and track progress of assigned project work.
