- Analyzing and optimizing customers’ supply chain and business processes.
- Converting requirements and challenges into efficient processes and documenting them.
- Presenting integrated solutions, securing customer approval, and outlining implementation plans.
- Overseeing and adapting each phase of the process with meticulous coordination.
- Managing project capacity and resource allocation.
- Training key users, overseeing the Go-Live phase, and providing post-implementation support.
