Our client, a London-based hedge fund is searching for an Equity Long/Short Analyst to join their high-performing team. This is an end-to-end investing role for a creative, commercially minded analyst who can generate differentiated ideas and take ownership from research through to portfolio impact.

The fund runs a directional long/short equity strategy with a high-conviction, longer-term horizon . The mandate is flexible, no fixed growth or value philosophy, investing globally with a European skew, all-cap.

Role

This is not a traditional 30–40 stock coverage seat. The successful candidate will have freedom to pursue the best opportunities across a broad universe (TMT ex Semis), contributing directly to returns.
