The network construction has already started in spring 2026 in Parikkala with Parikkalan Valo Oy. The upcoming fiber optic network company is a rapidly growing business, and our goal is to reach 2000 customer connections within 5‑6 years.

We are seeking a CEO for the new company, with expertise in designing, constructing, and managing fiber optic networks, as well as leading sales and marketing of fiber optic connections.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and manage fiber optic networks.
• Lead sales and marketing of fiber optic connections.
• Plan network projects and schedule activities.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Negotiate contracts and manage finances.
• Develop operations, take on new challenges, and roll up sleeves in a flat organization.
• Produce written materials and manage board work.
