Job Title: Tokenization Implementation Manager

Project Management:
- Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the tokenization project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Post Implementation support: draft the BAU operational process post implementation
