:The Toll Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and supporting day to day operations of the back-office systems to ensure on-time and accurate billing of toll transactions; accurate toll rate revenue and traffic; ensuring managed lane customers experience is a predictable and reliable experience. The Toll Operations Analyst also actively participates in the implementation and testing of back office systems, tracks results and records and escalates system performance issues, while also supporting the development and publishing of applicable reports within our data warehouse and reporting systems.
