The ATS MX Transportation Operation Management (TOM) team shapes the middle-mile transportation execution and develops innovative transportation management concepts. The goal is to improve and enhance the Amazon Transportation Network, driving the best customer experience in a reliable and cost‑efficient manner, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring a safe work environment for Amazon and non‑Amazon workers.
• Audit and ensure compliance to all standard work, nail the plan and environmental regulations.
• Meet the OTP/OTD target per shift.
• Own area performance metrics and communicate them to TOM Manager and site leadership.
