Objective

Management to achieve objectives in: SQDCME and the joint management of tool shop resources to ensure the availability of tools during operations.

Main Activities

• Analyze tooling delays to work with your staff to develop plans for reducing them. Measure workshop productivity and establish action plans to increase it in line with production demand.
• Participate in the implementation of improvements and lessons learned regarding replacement tooling.
• Manage and monitor the budget allocated to the workshop—including expenses and labor costs—to ensure it stays within budget. Assign and participate in cost-saving projects
• Lead the implementation and use of TSM, SAP, and Ideas SIEN tools to help achieve the objectives of the indicators defined in the Scorecard. And establish a training plan to develop and advance the skill levels of your staff.
