Responsibilities - Assemble and troubleshoot precision semiconductor mold tooling in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve tooling, molding, and encapsulation process issues.
- Conduct tooling adjustments, calibration, and optimization to achieve required performance and dimensional accuracy.
