The Job youll do Lead and manage a supplier / toolmaker / customer relationship while respecting program timelines, cost constraints and quality requirements. Competently control multiple timing plans across various plants / product divisions and suppliers. Interpret and suggest improvements to GAs and Engineering Layouts which will aid manufacturing and improve cycle times across a range of tooling types. Be able to understand tooling specifications and negotiate from a Fit for Function viewpoint. Lead part maturation cycle at tool trials in a methodical and logical manner which allows cost / quality and lead-time objectives to be maintained.
