We are seeking a skilled Tooling Design Engineer to conceptualize and develop innovative tool and die solutions tailored to manufacturing needs, customer specifications, and production volume requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Develop tool and die concepts based on specific manufacturing needs and customer specifications.

+ Create detailed designs, blueprints, 3D models, and flat blank geometry for laser cutting using SolidWorks/LogoPress and Cadkey.

+ Design punch press tooling, including temporary stage tooling and complex progressive dies equipped with sensors and automation.

+ Design weld fixtures, assembly fixtures, and inspection fixtures.

+ Build and test prototypes to ensure tools meet functional, design, and customer specifications.
