What you'll do
Own the availability and performance of tooling and molds for critical pressing processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support new product launches .
Lead tooling maintenance strategies and vendor management , ensuring high-quality standards.
Solve complex problems by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions .
Develop and standardize process documentation and best practices (PFMEA, work instructions) .
