Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer for an effort to provide systems engineering and integration support for a federal software systems program. This is an on-site role based in North Charleston, SC, with flexibility to telework 2 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for cloud infrastructure, automating and streamlining operations, and building and maintaining tools for deployment
- Develop automated deployment pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code templates
- Build solutions to automate cloud operations tasks including monitoring, scaling, backup, and disaster recovery
- Provide expertise in cloud architecture and modern infrastructure practices
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
- Design and optimize cloud architecture to improve performance, cost-efficiency, security, and scalability
