About the role

Deliver Total Rewards HR services to the Convatec enterprise being responsible for the support and administration of Global reward programme, Integral Recognition programmes and Annual survey submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing, Testing and Stabilising Total Rewards Service Delivery
  • Support the build of Total Rewards detailed processes (Local Work Instructions), technology and collateral (through knowledge transfer) to mobilise the Total Rewards service.
  • Partner with colleagues in Total Rewards to build clear and consistent rules and guidance for the resolution of requests, so that the majority are resolved at first contact but recognising what needs to be escalated and to whom.
  • Support the build and operation of Total Rewards enrolment, review, submission and reporting calendars for all markets.
  • Support and resolve total rewards related tickets through Service now.
