Position Overview
**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
Give to the new professionals the experience of knowing the different HR functions. Provide visibility to them of the Company HR strategy having their first contact with the labor life creating networking and inspiration for their careers.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Data Management**: Manage and analyze data, including employee compensation, benefits utilization, and financial data, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**HR Analytics**: Participate in the development of HR analytics reports and dashboards that provide insights into the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
**Employee Communication**: Assist in developing communication materials to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs, including presentations and internal content.
**Project Support**: Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Total Rewards team, such as annual salary reviews or other annual processes as needed.
