About the Role

Representing our esteemed client in the advanced manufacturing industry, they are looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Manager who will lead the design, development and execution of the organisation's Total Rewards strategy to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

This role is responsible for driving compensation and benefits programmes, executive and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, salary benchmarking, rewards governance and strategic C&B initiatives that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

The incumbent will serve as the subject matter expert on Total Rewards, partnering closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners and external consultants to ensure the organisation maintains a competitive and equitable rewards framework.
