We are looking for a Total Rewards Officer with deep expertise in compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and internal equity analysis. This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of Total Rewards experience who can operate independently, analyze complex data, and support a fast‑paced engineering workforce. • Lead compensation and internal equity analysis across engineering and support roles
