Provide high-level (CEO & Executive) administrative support in traveling matters. Requires discretion, confidentiality, and detailed knowledge of the travel's operations and procedures.
Make local & overseas travel arrangements to make the best use of executive time & preferences.
May have access to handle third parties or direct principal such travel agent, hotel, airlines etc.
Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files.
Job Requirements
Minimum education: SMK/Diploma’s Degree.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years in tour & travel company, as Branch SPV/Manager or Senior Travel & Ticketing Consultant.
Experiences in handle overseas trip USA & Europe will be advantage.
Good Leadership, Good Communication, Attention to detail, Teamwork & good team player, Service Excellent focus.
