Minimum requirements:
- Technical Course (Petroleum, Production, Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related)
- Experience in the Oil and Gas segment as Tour/Tool Pusher.
- IWCF Well-control certificate
- Intermediate English
- Availability to work offshore night shifts
The Tour Pusher is responsible for assisting the Rig Manager in managing the company’s interests at the rig site with respect to health, safety and environment (HSE), customers, implementation of the well program, reporting and personnel. The Tour Pusher performs night shift when the Rig Manager is off duty.
Resposibilities:
- Conduct pre-tour and toolbox meetings with the rig crew.
- Supervise all rig departments. Train and evaluate the rig crew.
- Ensure risks are assessed and mitigated, and HSE policies are communicated and followed at the platform location.
